Regrets? I've Had a Few...
Why do people say they don’t regret anything?
I’m proud to say that:
“I regret not pursuing live performance.”
“I regret spending more time in airports than with my family and friends.”
“I regret avoiding the internet.”
Why? Because I’ve learnt from them.

Another thing people always say is; 'it's better to regret what you have done, rather then what you haven't'
Which I also agree with to a certain extent.
For me making music, I to have like a collage of different ideas, I make them all, then have a more selective process where I choose what works. it gives me a choice as a composer but I REGRET taking ages over an idea which at the time I think is great and then realizing that when I come back to it, it doesn't even work (or just sounds awful).
That's what I regret - Wasting TIME>>>>>
One of my favourite quotes is "100% of the shots you don't take don't go in" - Wayne Gretzky.
Do it, regret it, learn from it, move on...
